Character Design

I’ve been creating and drawing my own characters ever since I first picked up a crayon as a kid. This gave me creative freedom when it came to mixing and matching design elements to tell a character’s story through their appearance. I further explored this as a teenager when I started closely observing what made popular video game characters so likable by a vast audience. Now as an adult, I’ve been able to hone this skill to a point where I can use details, color theory, asymmetry and simplicity to create character designs that possess unique silhouettes and striking appearances that show their individual personalities, struggles and strengths. Everyone has their own story, you can get a glimpse of that just by looking closely enough.
